Our client, a leading recruitment solutions provider in the Middle East is urgently looking for a highly driven Sales and Business Development Consultant - HR to join their Sales team.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Generating prospective customers through cold calling and following up on qualified and non-qualified leadsSpending most of your time making outbound calls to ensure every opportunity to maximize sales revenues is coveredMaintaining high levels of prospecting activity and quickly establishing credibility and trusted relationships with prospective customersMeeting or exceeding monthly sales target revenue by making significant outbound telephone sales calls to target new clientsWorking with an inside sales team in coordinating various sales activities REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:University degree, in any subject.Fluency in EnglishSolid experience of outbound telesales, cold-calling and generating revenue from new clientsStrong verbal and written communication/phone skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsAbility to work under pressure to achieve sales targetsThe successful candidate will enjoy an attractive tax-free compensation package plus monthly commission.
