Employment: Full Time -Sales director required for a leading foodstuff distribution company REQUIREMENTS: -Required minimum 5 years experience of leading a sales team at a General Manager or Director level in an FMCG company.-Candidate will be responsible to setup the entire sales structure while putting in new systems/processes/incentives to further increase the sales/efficiency.-In addition to recruiting new sales team, candidate will be required to evaluate/train/motivate existing sales team.-Candidate will be reporting directly to the owner.
