Employment: Full Time Position Title: Sales CoordinatorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 6,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Sharjah, UAEAbout the Client:A prominent Business Set Up consultancy in Sharjah handling all type of licenses for businesses in the region.Job Role:Qualify all lead within 2 hours of receipt sales calls, walk-ins, live chat, online form, referral, social-mediaEnsure contact protocol is followed by reaching out to leads on Day 1, 2, 3, 6 and 9 via call and email.The details of the same need to be logged into the CRM System on real-time basis.In the event that the coordinator is unable to meet the contact criteria on leads; the Head of Revenue and Strategy is to be notified immediatelyMaintain full and detailed records of lead qualification and opportunity creation and hand over to Business Set-up AdvisorsEnsure the Sales Advisors are updated about client information via CRMAnswer calls for sales, logged messages and/or transferred calls to the appropriate person in an efficient mannerPrepare daily, weekly, monthly reports on lead qualification matrix such as time to qualify, lead status, lead source and other reports as requiredProvide marketing with relevant customer lists as required or requestedProvide update and feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads received and the channel from where they are receivedTrack leads received by marketing campaign REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to ARABIC nationalsFemale, 30 years old and belowBachelors degree in any relevant fieldAt least 4 years relevant customer facing or sales experienceExcellent communication skills and keen attention to detailsEfficient in using MS Office applications and database management
