Employment: Full Time Operator must have the ability to apply data to formulas that determine treatment requirements, flow levels and concentration levels. Operate and maintain the Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum quality, potable waterMaintain the treatment plant systemsMaintain and operate the filtering and chemical treatment processesInspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps, boilers, heat exchangers and valvesEnsure an adequate supply of water for human consumption and fire fighting activitiesPrepare work orders for servicing and repairsInspect the treatment plant systems on a daily basis to ensure effective operationsConduct regular inspections of the physical plantEstablish a preventative maintenance programMaintain the general administration of the water system in order to ensure effective operationsEstablish preventative maintenance schedulesAdminister water distribution contractsKeep a daily logProvide reports to Site Manager, as requiredEnsure records are maintained REQUIREMENTS: Must have over 2 years work experience in the UAE and over 3 years in home countryImmediate JoiningOnly candidates based in UAE will be considered for the roleComputer knowledge as most RO plants use computerized equipmentneeds mechanical aptitude and the ability to solve problems intuitively.
