Job Description

Main responsibilities:Assist with revenue maximization by reaching out to customers from EMEAA and USA to validate their reservation dateInforming customers of cancellation policies as per their contractsPrompt coordination with Regional Sales Manager and Account Executive team in case a customer is at risk of cancelling an eventIntelligence gathering and providing ad-hoc reports on cancelled and at-risk of cancellation events if necessaryReporting to: Senior Manager- Revenue ManagerDuration: Temporary Contract (One Year)Working Hours: Monday Friday from 12.00 pm to 08.00 pm REQUIREMENTS: Specialist knowledge:Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet ExplorerSoft Skills and Personality traits:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle complaints and provide solutions quickly and follow up to ensure resolutionDemonstrated ability to adapt and be flexible with changesMust be able to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
