A large international retail company is urgently looking for a number of Retail Sales Executives to be based in different locations across Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi Mall, Yas Mall and Al Maryah Mall. In this role, you will be expected to provide product demonstration and excellent customer service to customers visiting their shops. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:Answering telephone product inquiriesAttending to customer queries, concerns or complaintsAssisting in the opening and closing of the shopEnsuring stocks are replenishedKeeping the cleanliness and orderliness in the shopConducting product demonstration to customersProviding solution and recommendation, if applicableProviding excellent customer service to customers REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Must be a bachelor degree holderExcellent command of English. Knowledge in Arabic is a plus.With at least 1 year of UAE sales experienceWilling to work in a mall and work on shifting scheduleFlexible to work on a weekendWilling to be assigned anywhere in the UAEPlease note that this opportunity will be outsourced through a third party.
