Quest is working with a successful retail and distribution company, looking for a Retail Division Manager to join their team in Dubai.As a Division Manager, you will:Develop policies/strategies for achieving all company goals related your divisionDrive and oversee retail projectsOversee human resources, sales management, production management and administrative management of your assigned division/sProvide leadership and assistance to team membersEnsure that goals and deliverables are met within defined timelinesManage the communication and facilitate cross-functional cooperationEnsure that staff is properly trainedEstablish and develop customer service standards and policiesAssist finance department with the annual budget REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree, with at least 8 years proven experience in a similar role and capacityProven experience in the Retail industryExtensive experience in all retail operations supportDemonstrated experience implementing excellent customer serviceStrong people management, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, and customer service experience skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExposure in GCC (required), Arabic speaker (preferred)If you feel you have what it takes to become part of this successful company, then please apply with an up to date CV.
