We are currently looking for a Retail Director to work for a Multinational Retail Company in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities:* Create and execute a retail strategy and manage the retail budget* Work alongside the marketing and commercial team and develop a retail marketing plan and a marketing calendar* Develop a management strategy for the POS* Manage all the retail projects and ensure brand guidelines are implemented* Assist with identifying new opportunities for brand development* Manage the retail audit process and analyse the performance and profitability* Ability to create a benchmark on competitors and provide a recommendation* Manage a team and focus on people development REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:* Candidate must have a bachelors degree* Minimum 7 years of experience in as a Retail Manager within luxury retail (Beauty sector would be a plus)* Strong knowledge on digital retail channels* It is important to a strategic vision and ability to manage a team* Passionate about the beauty industry and up to date with the latest trends
