Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment Charterhouse is working an established QSR restaurant group who are looking to hire a Restaurants Operations Manager in Dubai to join their team. As Restaurants Operations Manager you will report directly to the CEO.Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the day to day operations of all the locations as well as to develop the brand, you will plan and oversee all restaurant openings. You will be responsible for developing the strategic plans for the restaurants, working to increase sales in both established and new locations. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role, overseeing in excess of 15 locations, as well as have worked on developing a QSR brand, with a proven track record. Experience with a QSR brand is a must for this role, preferably a large known international brand. Experience in franchisee is preferred as well. Due to current travel restrictions only candidates currently based in the UAE can be considered for this roles.
