Quest is looking for a brilliant Resourcing Consultant for a large FMCG company in Abu Dhabi. You will be an integral part of the Recruitment team by providing invaluable support to the company through candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database searching and ensuring quality assurance compliance.Employment status: 3 months Fixed TermLocation: Abu DhabiSalary is up to AED 5k-7k +rent coverage in nearby officesAs a Resourcing Consultant you will:- Source and select candidates from Job Boards and- Network and advertise jobs to potential candidates- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics, etc.- Liaise with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match- Deal with either permanent, contract and temporary placements, and finding suitable candidates at a range of different levels. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or similar field- Open to candidates with at least 2 years experience that has strong in-house or agency recruitment background- Able to gain peoples confidence and put them at ease- Persuasive, persistent and patient- Able to cope with pressure and work within deadlines- Strong organisational and administrative skills- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Can start ASAPIf you are looking to be part of a successful company in Abu Dhabi, apply with your updated CV today.
