Employment: Full Time - Supporting the Account Managers, Recruitment Consultants and team in the provision of supporting the business on all recruitment needs- Using multiple channels to source candidates to aid recruitment- The management of the on-boarding process- Data management of all applications and candidates throughout the recruitment process- Notifying candidates of the outcome of their application and providing feedback where appropriate- Sifting of CVs received and forwarding on to appropriate person for interview selection/assessment- Proactively searching for suitable candidates- 360 candidate management from initial sifting through to on boarding- Build a strong rapport with candidates- Generate leads and gather information through speaking to potential candidates- Registering CVs and applicants on company database REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications / Skills Expectations for Ideal Candidates- Healthcare Resourcing experience preferred but not essential
