Charterhouse is working with an internationally renowned management consultancy firm who are looking to hire a Regional Office Operations Manager. For this full-time permanent role, you will be expected to work at a senior level on operational duties spanning eight office locations across the GCC. REQUIREMENTS: You will manage numerous administrative teams and implement policy changes across a multitude of subjects including but not limited to; employee healthcare, recruitment processes, office moves and reviews. The role will focus on implementing improvement and change across the administrative departments.The successful candidate should hold a Bachelors Degree, with at least five years experience at an operational level in the UAE. You should have proven experience of motivating teams and policy change. In addition, you should be fluent in English, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should currently be based in Dubai and have a full driving license with access to a vehicle, due to the seniority of the role and requirement to visit other office locations.
