An exciting opportunity to join a well known multinational and their Dubai business to lead recruitment for the UAE. The role will require someone with strong operational experience in technical recruitment including engineering and volume hiring of blue collar workers.Client DetailsA well known business in the engineering industry.Description* Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy for the UAE business and handle 360 recruitment* Work on volume recruitment campaigns for engineers and technical staff* Manage social media and digital recruitment platforms using innovative attraction strategies* Work with a variety of key stakeholders and line managers* Be on hand for employee relations, working with the HR team to solve issuesJob Offer* Salary AED 30-35,000 plus family benefits REQUIREMENTS: * Must have experience working in a multinational engineering business (500+ employees) and proven experience in volume hiring in engineering* Arabic speakers are preferred* 8+ years experience in recruitment and familiar with UAE employment law* Degree educated, ideally with a qualification in engineering or related subject* Strong English communication skills
