We are looking for a hard-working and tenacious Senior Recruitment Consultant / Senior Manager for our Emiratisation team to grow and develop an existing Emiratisation team at in Dubai.Emiratisation is focuses on placing UAE nationals and it is considered to be one of the market leaders in the UAE. Due to continued growth, we are now expanding our Emiratisation team, to continue to provide an expert service to our growing list of clients. If you have previous UAE experience, are a hardworking and ambitious individual looking for career advancement, then this is the role for you.The role has a dual purpose, you will be involved in recruiting for your own desk as well as being responsible for the development, growth and on-going management of the Emiratisation Team. The key challenges of the role will be business development, networking, as well as keeping your team focused & motivated. You will also be responsible for full 360 recruitment responsibilities as well as maintaining and developing clients and Emiratisation candidates from a variety of different professional backgrounds. REQUIREMENTS: Emirati culture is very strong on trust and relationship building so we are looking for an experienced recruiter who really enjoys meeting people and building relationships over time.To be successful for this role you will need have experience in recruitment, understand the Emirati culture, have managed a small team and have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience. You must also have a strong business development background and an ability to influence and persuade.
