Job Title: ReceptionistLocation: Dubai / Abu Dhabi- Excellent communication skills as you must speak with clients, employees, and customers.- Ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills.- Sales lead management and tracking system which allows to be aware of clients buying requirements.- Responsible for handling the sales appointment (scheduler) where the data on all the meetings with customers are entered including follow- up calls, email and test drives.- Making sure the customer database is correct and accurate.- Maintaining and track customers inquiries.- Managing follow up with customers.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.- Assess customers needs, provide assistance and information on product features.- Provide desk reception duties and answering phone calls in a cordial, timely and professional manner.- Meet and greet customer and clients in a professional and warm manner.- Maintains sales documents and records.- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Salary: AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: - Female Arabic candidate with excellent communication skills.- Front desk handling experience of at least 2-3 years.- Proficient in popular software apps like MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook.- Customer service background would be preferable.
