Job Description

Receptionist (Full Time)Our client is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our rapidly growing team. The receptionist works extensively to be a key contributor to the efficiency and flow of the office. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, have a knack for problem solving and enjoy helping others.Responsibilities:Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.Maintains security and telecommunications system.Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturers instructions for house phone and console operation.Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Essential REQUIREMENTS:Experience setting up a new officeExperience working in a global multinationalExperience working in a fast-paced start-up environmentAbility to make decisions in high pressure situationsStrong work ethic and get-it-done attitudeWillingness to accept and embrace change in a fast-paced environmentProactive with ability to anticipate needsConfident communicator (written and oral) skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaborativelyGood telephone skillsPossesses strong time management and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task while remaining detail orientedDesire and ability to grow professionally
