Employment: Full Time Position Title: Quality Assurance and Training ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is one of the leading distribution and logistics provider for international consumer brandsJob Role:Introduce and develop training objectives and learning programs by conducting training analysis and development plans according to specific brand requirementsChampion a training culture within the restaurant team to ensure talent development plan is implemented through, coaching and effective training sessionsAssists unit managers on selection, recruitment, hiring and onboarding within the company HR department to ensure sufficient manpower requirements for the brandsMonitor all shops management staffing levels and talent acquisitions in order to achieve and maintain operational requirementsContribute towards the employee development and retention strategy, through learning and development cultureMotivate staff to implement various selling techniques to promote our products and services to ensure optimum levels of customer service and sales targets are achievedEngage in continuous training identify areas for improvement within the team and act upon accordinglyDevelops the team in at all levels to deliver exceptional customer experiences in all restaurant brandsDevelop a culture where managers inspire and motivate their teams and help individuals reach their true potential and encourage innovation through peopleCreate induction plans for new team members on all levels within the restaurant brands including Management level, team members (current and new) have completed company, product knowledge assessment reviews and have passed to company and brand standardsReviews restaurant environments and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement in order to provide coaching to the store management team to take action and achieve operational goals REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to ANY nationalityMale/Female, 50 years old and belowDiploma or Bachelors Degree in any relevant field, or depending on previous experience and aptitude or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role particularly in QSR categoriesStrong track record of success in the foodservice industry, preferably QSR categoriesKnowledge of local labour laws and appropriate training in interviewing, hiring and disciplinary actionsStrong Communication, Organizational, Operational and People SkillsStrong interpersonal and Leadership skillsEnergetic, self-starter and Fanatical attention to detail Strong customer service orientationAbility to travel and adapt to a multi-cultural environmentMust have valid UAE driving license
