Guildhall is representing one of the Worlds Largest Construction firms in association with a Multi-Billion USD Railway programme.As part of the programme, the Main Contractor is looking to hire an outstanding QA/QC Manager to lead a team of Quality Engineers during the construction of this project. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience (Civil Engineering degree)- Must be ISO 9001 certified- Must have worked in a Railway project- Must have GCC experience- Demonstrable experience of Railway Configuration Management, REQUIREMENTS Management, RAMS and T&C
