Line of ServiceAssuranceSpecialismAssuranceManagement LevelAssociate& SummaryPwCs Academy is looking to hire a Marketing Associate to assist in the planning, execution and optimisation of all our online marketing efforts.The ideal candidate should have a passion for all things marketing and technology. He/ she should be well-versed in the concepts of digital marketing, be updated about the latest trends and marketing technology, and have a strong foundation in performance marketing.We are looking for a team player who thrives in dynamic, flexible and a KPI focused environment and is committed to delivering excellence at all times.- Support in planning online marketing strategy and marketing campaigns- Responsible for execution of all online marketing activity including but not limited to social media, PPC campaigns, email campaigns, advertising on 3rd party platforms etc- Produce insightful analysis on a regular basis of campaign performance and- implement improvements and updates- Manage relationships with digital agencies and partners- Maintain and update website, CRM and other business tools as required- Support all other offline marketing activities as required by the business REQUIREMENTS: Specific technical expertise: - Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and best practices- Experience with B2C and B2B Social Media, Google AdWords, and SEO/ SEM- Experience with email campaigns creation and execution- Experience with Website management and maintenance- Working knowledge of Web Analytics tools ( Google Analytics, Facebook, Linkedin, Insta analytics)- Expertise in Microsoft Office- Good sense of design- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or InDesign a plus- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plusSpecific skills required:- Excellent spoken and written English skills- Excellent administrative and organisation skills- High attention to detail- Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently- Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required)
