Our client, a newly set up online property company, is urgently looking to hire a number of Property Field Agents who will be based in Dubai. In this role, the person is expected to work 6 days in a week, 9 hours per day with 1 day off. In this role, the job holder is expected to perform the following tasks:Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements to access community/building/unitPlan and prioritize daily tasks according to agreed timelinesArrange/coordinate entry permits for suppliersAssist line manager with reportingCollect data on communities.Deal with emergencies for tenants. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Driven, self-motivated, enthusiasticGood command of English; knowledge in Arabic is a plusMust be willing to do site / property visits around DubaiMust have a property management experienceProficient in MS Word and Excel.Must be able to start working immediately or with less than a week noticeWilling to be accept a contract/outsourced role for one year (renewable)
