- Monitors and supervises sites infrastructure works: earthworks, roads, highways, water and sewage systems, transportation facilities, etc.- Ensures projects timetable are met and delivered on time- Reviews construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings and ensures that these drawings are according to municipality and other authorities standards- Controls work set ups and phases to execute the projects with minimum running cost and maximum quality- Monitors project-related QC plans- Supervises and monitors manpower- Attends meetings (e.g. progress meetings, QA/QC meetings, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: - Must have minimum of 8 years of experience as Project Manager for infrastructure works in the UAE- Must have had handled projects with AED 100,000,000.00 project value or higher in the UAE- With Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an advantage- Open to Arabic nationalities
