Our client is seeking a Project Manager to facilitate across a broad spectrum of technical projects. Proven capability to lead a mega project from per-design stages to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing the gap between development team and contractors on a day to day basis. They will be responsible for achieving exceptional quality, timely and cost efficient results through project management objectives and strategies.Client DetailsTier 1 DeveloperDescriptionKey responsibilities* Directly report to the Director on all project related matters* Establish and manage the project controls (reporting, monitoring etc.)* Liaise with key stakeholders throughout duration of the project* Manage the project in a highly detailed manner to ensure quality, time and budget constraints are met* Obtain all project-related permits and licenses* Ensure all safety and environmental requirements are met* Establish resource, plant and material requirements* Drive all project related team tasks/meetings from per-development/development through to construction and take a leadership role in making sure all parties are prepared and informed of deadlines and deliverable* Managing conceptual design of projects and liaising with Design team, Construction team and local authorities* Manages overall project including schedule, cost/budget, risk, quality, and safety* Assesses the impact(s) of technical flaws and advise on design solutions, construction changes and schedule slippages* Key stakeholder management throughout the project life cycleJob Offer* Competitive salary* Medical and flights for family REQUIREMENTS: * Architectural/ Engineering degree* Consultancy/client side experience only* PMP preferred* 10 years overall experience* 10 years (Client side) industry experience* 5 years Dubai-based project experience
