Summary:200 Million AED Roadworks Project in the UAE is seeking to hire en experienced Project Manager to pull the program back on track . This is a fast paced project that will need someone with local RTA experience in Dubai. This is not the role for someone seeking a step up ! The job is in distress and needs a steady pair of hands to pull all key aspects of delivery , cost and quality together.JBased on site in Dubai you will have experience of dealing with the RTA & Resident Engineers in Dubai . You will have the in depth knowledge of design , codes , materials and general specs. You will have the communication skills to handle a tough client and have the management experience to calm any heated situations which may arise.Specifics:Do you have the drive , passion and technical capability to deliver this project to program.Not everyone is able to take over a failing project as it requires a tenacity , selfishness and positive mindset to get the job done!Our General Manager wants someone that is based in the UAE at present and can start at short notice due to the urgency of the role. Salary: AED 50,000 to 56,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Plus Medical , Flights & Bonus REQUIREMENTS: Minimum REQUIREMENTS:Civil Engineering Degree Essential20 Years Post Grad ExperienceMust be currently based in the UAEChartered Status DesiredMust have Delivered a Roads / Highway Project in the UAE as No1 on site = Project Manager or Project Director
