Employment: Full Time Client is a large International Consultancy. They need an experienced Project Director to deliver a large HOTEL project in Dubai, this is a full time Site based post and you must have previously been based on site in a PD or Senior. PM role for a hotel project in the Middle East.Salary AED 55,000 + medical REQUIREMENTS: * Either from a Architecture or Civil Engineering background.* Must have at least 10-15 years of professional experience, preferably in GCC / UAE* Must have a proven track record in successfully delivering large scale HOTEL projects, preferably hotels / hospitality projects* Knowledge of international best practices and building codes in design and detailing of large scale projects* Well- versed in contracts (FIDIC) and construction project management
