Guildhall is working as an exclusive HR outsourcing firm on the overland rail projects with an international contractor who is looking for a Project Controls/Planning Manager for their project.We are looking for someone who can:- Manage Planning & Project Controls activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to scope, cost and schedule control and analysis activities.- Interface with management and project team for specific project planning controls presentations. Develops and presents scope, cost and schedule reports and presentations for key project stakeholders.- Review project work activities to ensure support of project milestones. Develops micro-phasing schedules as required to coordinate particularly challenging work phases, and helps coordinate the various parties to completionThis is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the regions flagship projects which is key to the development of the UAE & GCC. REQUIREMENTS: In order to be considered for this position, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:- Degree in Engineering- 10+ years of experience in planning and project controls- GCC Railway or infrastructure experience required.- One large railway project experience- Infrastructure project experience in the UAE
