DescriptionPosition : Procurement AssistantDepartment : ProcurementReporting : Procurement leadLocation : Dubai, UAERole and ResponsibilitiesYou will play a critical role in the management, control and direction of either Outbound, Inbound or Reverse Logistics area of Operations within our warehouse. The extent of your duties will include:- Lead the Purchase to Payment Process (P2P).- Keep accurate and up-to-date vendor and pricing data for Fetchr UAE, - Take purchase requests from various departments within Fetchr and get price quotes from suppliers.- Contact suppliers to schedule deliveries or to discuss shortages or missed deliveries. - Prepare purchase orders- Strong emphasis on accuracy, detail, and order REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS- Excellent math and computer skills- Ability to listen, persuade and negotiate- Strong reading, speaking, and writing skills- Fluency in English- Good working knowledge of administrative procedures, as well as various computer applications and programs- Energetic and willing to learn- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures is a plus- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills- Good time management and organizational skills- Great communication and inter personal skills- Ability to handle multiple priorities- Integrity- Honesty- Problem solving
