Quest is working with a large retail distribution group in the Middle East, who is looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join their team. in Dubai. We are ideally looking for someone with proven experience in procurement and supply chain in retail, handling beauty brands.As a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager, you will:-Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes-Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies for your assigned categories-Pursue and foster strategic partnerships internally and externally in support of these strategies-Support category sales forecasts by monitoring product manufacturing and inventory-Collaborate with key logistic partners to ensure logistics and distribution processes are followed and supplies are delivered on time to distribution partners-Enhance current and recommend new logistics tools/ processes to drive teams KPIs REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar fields-At least 5 years experience in procurement and supply chain in the retail (beauty/perfume) sector-E-commerce background and warehouse experience-Strong networking, negotiation, and leadership skills-Excellent attention to detail and communication skills-Proficient in English and French (required for the role)In return for your hard work and success, the company is willing to pay an attractive tax-free salary, along with great benefits.
