* Bachelors/Masters degree in a leading international business or engineering school.* Previous role as a Process Specialist / Analyst in an international strategy consulting firm or in a complex large organisation.* Strong experience in leading brainstorming sessions and creating SOPs, presentations, and pitches.* Someone with hands on experience of understanding systems, ability to conduct gap analysis, and produce recap and training materials.* Past exposure to entrepreneurial management style.* Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening and interpretation skills.* Previous International Trade and Supply Chain industry experience preferred.* Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving.* Native or equivalent level of proficiency in English. Fluency in French is a plus.
