Having the experience involving with preparation and submission of EOT until award of the EOT.Possess a strong character, leadership and aggressive but tactful personality with good interpersonal skills; able to present reliable programme during Progress Meeting and Client Contractor Monthly Preparation.Respecting and accomplishing all deadlines given.Technically proficient on construction methodology, sequence, works, scheduling etc. Salary: AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Masters degree in Construction Management is a plus.Ideal candidates is from Indian and PhilippinesMore than 15 years of experience in projects planning & scheduling functions, including schedule development and analysis of large multiple projects.Can work single-handedly to manage the planning department and coordinate with all internal departments; especially Construction Team and team in preparing the update programme and presentation for weekly meeting and internal report.
