An FMCG Company based in Dubai is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide admin support to senior management team.In this role, your responsibilities will be:Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone callsConserve executives time by reading, researching, and routing correspondenceDrafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.Compiling those analyzed information and preparing reports and presentationsMaintain manager/executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Provide documentation reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording minutes of the meetingImplementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsReminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlinesLiaising with staff, suppliers and stakeholdersOther required tasks to support senior management REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, the candidate needs to meet the following criteria:Bachelors degree in Business Admin or other related majorAt least 3 years of relevant experience providing admin support to senior level managementWell versed in MS Office applicationGood command in English for both oral and written communication skillsOrganizational skills and the ability to multitaskThe ability to be proactive and take the initiative
