Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

Employment: Full Time We are seeking a talented performance and growth marketing specialist to manage SEM/PPC Campaigns and paid social media campaigns for Client Agencys global clients. This role is both strategic and tactical, with the opportunity to impact some of the coolest up & coming brands.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage SEM/PPC Campaigns for multiple Clients across Google Ads, Facebook Ads & other search engine platformsConduct Search Campaign Optimization tasks throughout the campaign lifecycle. (Keyword Enhancements, Keyword Bidding, Bid Strategy Experimentation, Ad-Testing, Geo-Targeting, etc.)Manage and enhance clients digital presence, including website posting, social media posting, and digital marketing tactical activitiesDevelop social media and promotion strategies/execution for clients to get engagement on social platforms (Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Forums, You-Tube, etc.)Forecast, Suggest & Manage Budgets and Budget Pacing in multiple PPC CampaignsSource, Pause and Add Keywords as relevant to campaign goals (Brand, Non-Brand, Competitor, etc.)Stay Informed on Best Practices and Upcoming Developments in the Google Search Landscape. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:4+ years experience managing Paid Search Marketing (SEM/PPC) campaignsBS/BA Degree or HigherProject Management Experience, ability to oversee and review work of Client Agencys Search AnalystsClient-facing communications experience is importantStrong understanding of the Paid Search Landscape and how to improve on important ROI metrics (CPA, CPM, CPC, etc.)Good command of English for communicating with US/EU-based ClientsAbility to Digest & Compartmentalize Data as Needed to Create and Perform Client Presentations on ROI targets and other campaign goalsComfortable Owning Campaigns and Managing Spends in a Highly Accountable Position
