- Responsibilities include supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, administration, data entry and processing, and cash posting.- A medical or clinical background is not essential.- As Care Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for the patients in the clinic.- You are responsible for the entire logistical administrative process of the course of treatment.- Scheduling and administration are important.- You also organise the initial, introductory group information session with patients, welcome the patients during the screening and are responsible for correspondence relating to the treatment process.- Provides exploratory group education (general information at first acquaintance) patients.- Accompanies patients during intake.- Can perform patient measurements and body weight.- Provides general written correspondence (incl. E-mail).- Books patients in the patient monitoring system.- Is the first point of contact for patients, referring physicians, insurers, and partners both by telephone and physically.- Supports the branch Manager at patient planning Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be female- Bilingual (Arabic and English)- Must be from Nursing background- Salary: 4-5k AED- Medical Coders can be considered for this role if they are Dha certified and should perform all three duties with negotiable salary.
