Employment: Part Time Our client is an award-winning European entity that is in the process of opening their office in the UAE. They are seeking a dynamic individual to assist in the UAE establishment of the company and ensure the company office administration and operations run smoothly and effectively in line with all the standard UAE protocols and procedures.Main responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, company formation and incorporation assistance, general and financial administration duties, office management, recruitment and onboarding of new employees as well as HR responsibility and PA support to the Executive team. There will be considerable liaison with the UK office, ensuring the values and ethics the company value, are put in place in the UAE office. REQUIREMENTS: UAE experience is essential for this role as candidates will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of UAE legislation and company formation administration. Candidates should be well organized, show a high level of attention to detail and be able to interact positively with people of all levels. Our client has also expressed that fluency in Hindi as well complete fluency in English to be advantageous.This is a part-time role and hence candidates should be under a spouse or relatives visa.
