Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm who are constantly ranked Tier 1 Legal 500 and have won numerous other awards in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a Paralegal to support the projects/energy/construction teams with transactional/non-contentious work.Supporting a team of Partners and Associates, you will be required to draft and review various contracts for complex cross-border transactions. The team are heavily involved in major multijurisdictional projects in multiple sectors and you will have a focus on power (including solar, water, electricity), education, healthcare and transport. The role will also involve non-contentious construction work related to these areas of focus and occasional travel to other offices around the GCC. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate should have a strong transactional background gained from a leading international practice. Arabic speaking is a preference, however exceptions can be made for strong candidates. A law Degree or equivalent is required and LPC would be an advantage.
