Employment: Full Time ParalegalAssist and provide a range of legal support and administration to legal counsel and other legal professionals engaged corporate legal affairs of the group.Main Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssists in preparing legal documents such as confidentiality agreements (NDAs), contracts, SLAs, etc. for Legal counsels reviewIdentify and conduct research on relevant legal articles, laws and judicial decisions for various subject mattersReview and maintain all agreements entered by corporate officeAssist and maintain all relevant legal policies by corporate officeAssist and maintain all corporate records and filesProvide administrative support for the Legal counselsParticipate in the definition and development of corporate policies, procedures and programs, and provide continuing counsel and guidance on all legal matters, as and when requiredConduct legal research and drafting as requestedRequired to handle executive summaries and directives and also to assist with company compliance issues Salary: AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree, associates degree or certificate program in paralegal studiesA legal degree or paralegal certification may be required3+years experienceBilingualThorough knowledge of legal principles and practicesThorough knowledge of legal research techniquesThorough knowledge of legal terminologyThorough knowledge of legal communication principles and practicesIn depth knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulationsRelevant computer software knowledge and experience
