Employment: Full Time Position Title: Outlet ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 11, 800 AED all inclusive depending on qualification and experiences plus duty meals, annual airline ticket and benefits as per UAE Labor LawJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is a group of luxury 5-star hotels in the UAE for our clients by means of continuous innovation and excellence in deliveryJob Role:-Manages all aspects of a specific Outlet(s) within the F&B department including the selection, development and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales.-Manages scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction-Manages all operational issues ensuring Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan-Develops, maintains & actively uses a database of customer details/ history and other strategies that assist in guest recognition.-Maintains and promotes resort and company policies, procedures, standards-Prepares the Food and Beverage marketing plan-Assists F&B Management in menu planning and menu rotation REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:-Male/Female, 35 years old and below-Open to European and Asian nationals-Diploma or any related certifications-Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Outlet Manager, preferably from a Japanese or Steakhouse restaurant-Must have a wide knowledge in steaks and wines-Candidate with bar experience is an added advantage-Presentable and with excellent communication skills-English language fluency is a must-Candidates on visit visa and cancelled visa will be prioritized
