REQUIREMENTS: 3 - 5 years of working experience preferably with a Cleaning Services Company is mandatory.Essential skills:You must have clear understanding on Managing a Cleaning Services company providing the below services:-Nannies-Babysitters-Housekeeping-CleaningWe operate 24/7/365 services on a smart rotation basis.Understands Technology & Social media (Online booking systems, Apps, Google maps, Facebook, Instagram, etc).Communication skills:Good written and spoken EnglishTelecommunication skillsListening skillsCapable of Hiring Nannies | Babysitters | Cleaning staff.Technical Skills:Advanced Excel (You must know VLOOKUP, Pivots, charts and Dashboards)OutlookUsing the latest mobile apps and understanding how things work.Desirable:Proven ability to motivate, lead and develop teamTime management and organizational skillsThe ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with challenging situationsThe ability to build and maintain good relationshipsThere will be a 2 week trial period before confirming the job
