Employment: Full Time A Retailer specialising in School Uniforms is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager.The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day to day operations of the business. They are responsible for the logistical/supply chain operations and will manage the stand alone and in school retail stores. They will manage retail, warehouse & delivery staff including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling and assigning of duties and responsibilities by training, coaching and developing the team. They should be a team player and be prepared to roll their sleeves up and get their hands dirty to ensure Back To School Events run smoothly.The Operations Manager will be responsible for achieving KPIs and will meet with the Business Development Director on a regular basis to evaluate performances of staff and stores.The role needs a dedicated individual who has a can do attitude and who is willing to work hard to achieve the companies goals. Salary: AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have all of the following:Understanding of stock management systems / EPOS SystemsHas retail and merchandising experienceExperience of running a team of 10+ employees.Logistics & Supply Chain Management ExperienceLeasing & Rent negotiation
