Objectives:-To oversee and supervise the plant operations.Main responsibilities:-Work with the Business Development Team to plan and execute new orders as per the plant capacity.-Reviewing completed Batch manufacturing record for critical process steps and quality aspects of the process.-Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials and safety appliances.-Conduct Market Research and evaluate addition of new products to the line, working closely with the Marketing and R&D Team.-Ensure all safety and regulatory requirements are followed during day to day operations.-Work with Procurement Team to ensure availability of raw material as per the production requirements.-Reporting to: Business Head-Subordinates: Production Engineer, HSE Engineer-Other interactions: Marketing, Procurement, Finance, HR-Number required: 1-Duration: Permanent-Desired start date: To be decided-Probation: 6 months REQUIREMENTS: - Specific Industry experience in Oil Field Chemicals/ Drilling Fluids- Must have experience working in a Production Environment- Chemical Engineering Background is Preferred.- Should be able to work in diverse workforce environment- Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates and senior management- Must be willing to work in a Production/Plant environment.
