Employment: Full Time - Oversees operations of ongoing project(s) simultaneously- Advises effective methodology of operations and gets involve from the inception of any new project starting from its tendering stage- Ensures that projects are being completed competently, successfully as per the approved budget- Coordinates & follows up with procurement, commercial and finance, cost control departments for timely availability of material, funds etc.- Works closely with Project Managers to ensure the progress of work as per approved timeline- Works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the effective utilization and management of cashflow- Creates and executes operations work plans and revises them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements- Oversees scheduling, quality assurance, and safety on the job site and to ensure safety & compliance with all specifications- Maintains all client & consultant relationships- Manages day-to-day other operational aspects of projects as per the project scope- Minimizes exposure and risks on projects- Identifies needed resources and assignment to appropriate personnel effectively REQUIREMENTS: - Must be an engineering degree holder with minimum 15 years of experience as Senior Operations/Projects Manager for Oil & Gas construction companies in the UAE- With good leadership skills- With keen attention to details- Well-experienced in managing a team of employees & successful track record- Excellent communication skills- Arabic speakers are preferred
