Employment: Full Time This position is responsible for financial transactional support under the guidance and management of the Finance Manager. Key Accountabilities:Process all vendor payments and staff expense claimsProcess fee collection and payment from parentsDeal with the administration of supply teacher salary/paperworkPro Manage the day to day petty cash systemProcess annual order & supplier paymentsFollow-up accounts receivablePrepare refund requests and related protocols in FocusTake care of any required data entry and /or changes that need to be made in Focus REQUIREMENTS: Education:Bachelor Degree in Finance / AccountingExperience:4 years experience in a similar roleCompetencies:Detailed understanding of managing school finances coupled with the ability to keep managers regularly appraised Able to follow policy and implement structures from a CO perspective Attributes:Calm and reliableStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to be positive yet assertive
