Operational Analyst - CA CertifiedPlease note that this role requires the candidate to be already based in the UAE and CA- certifiedResponsibilities:The operational analyst will support the data asset managerCheck, monitor and track the budgetCheck the physical asset locationsTrack POs, invoices and paymentsSupport in operational tasksCoordinate with the project management team for updatesResearches, documents and resolves issues as they ariseProvides sophisticated analytical, consulting and information support to senior management (e.g., reports, mid-level data analysis)Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting dataRecommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materialsCollaborate with others on developing predictive models of user behaviorsLeverage and improve existing reporting infrastructure to deliver timely, flawless business performance reporting and forward-looking analysisMaintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Strong numerical and analytical skillsCA certifiedBachelor degree2 years of relevant experienceBased in the UAESoft SkillsTaking initiative, and the appetite to roll up your sleevesBeing able to work autonomously whilst also being a team playerBeing adaptable and flexibleCreative thinker who anticipates issues before they materialize and can implement innovative solutionsPrevious start-up experience is a bonusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervisionPro-active mindset must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate actionConcise and clear communication skillsThe ability to hit the ground running
