It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.What youll deliver-You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the training function.-You will Monitor and manage all users and courses in DAs Learning Management-System (LMS) by creating courses, booking rooms, updating enrollments, applying learning pathways to specific audiences, and reporting data regularly-Acts as a focal point for any internal/external audits and is responsible for coordinating with relevant team leads to report findings on behalf of the training team-Develops processes, user friendly manuals, and participates in roadshows to educate the business on DAs LMS and functionality-Manages the coordination and administration of the centralized external training budget for category (compliance) and category 2 (operations) REQUIREMENTS: What you bring-You must hold Bachelors Degree level of education in business administration, IT, or similar area.-You should have minimum of 5 years of professional experience in L&D or HR function role with specific working knowledge in implementing and managing L&D administration and operation related tasks-You should have at least 3 years of relevant experience with LMS.-Familiar with digital training solutions and LMS systems Advanced Excel skills to generate reports and dataLife at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
