It could be your task to find, develop and retain the people who go beyond exceptional every day.What youll deliver- Youll provide support to enhance the orgaizations ability to meet its strategic objectives through the design, delivery and/or management of National talent development.- Youll support in creating and managing career pathways of al Nationals including facilitating career mobility and progression, monitor progression and quality checking career development processes.- Youll work closely with the Assessment and Development team to analyse from assessment/development centre outputs form UAE National development.- Youll produce reports through analyzing and collating information regarding UAE National development progress and outcomes to DA staff, external bodies and relevant communities. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll be educated to a degree level.- You should have at least 2 years work experience, some of which should be at a supervisory level.- You must have thorough working demonstrable knowledge of PC packages and advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.- You should have knowledge of HR systems and processes specifically in relation to career development and / or Nationalization.Life at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
