Nursery Manager Arabic Speaker

One of our clients, an investment company, is looking for a Nursery Manager Arabic Speaker to be based in Al Ain. In this role, you will be overseeing the day to day operations, staffing, organization and smooth running of the nursery. You will ensure all children attending the nursery will receive high quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of their early education.Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:Lead and support staff to implement the best practices in early educationMonitor and evaluate practice within playrooms to provide improvementsMaintain equipment and resources in the NurseryAccountable and responsible for day to day financial systems directly relating to the NurseryForesee the needs of all children and give physical, emotional, intellectual guidance as appropriateKeep a register and up to date records of all children and to give regular feedback to parents about their childs development and progressCoordinate with and support parents/carers and other family membersLead and evaluate monthly staff meetingsEnsure policies and procedures are adhered to and train staff, where appropriateParticipate in organizing trainings and monitoring of staffEnsure good standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all timesResponsible for the health and safety standards appropriate for the needs of young childrenLog and monitor occurrences in accidents and incidents, formulating preventive plans where necessaryEnsure confidentiality of information receivedDevelop and maintain good relationships with parents/carersActively promote and support the protection of children and staff in the workplace REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:Must have Bachelor Degree in Early Education/Education Management or equivalentMust have Cache level 5 qualificationsAt least 3-years experience managing a nursery/pre-school in Al AinPreferred candidates under family sponsorshipMust be fluent in both English and ArabicMust be approachable, friendly and able to communicate effectively at all timesTo make sure that we receive your application and for you to view other vacancies we have, we request you to visit our website www.blackpearlconsult.com
