Manufacturing Manager - Highly Reputable Modular Construction Company - UAEThrough exciting expansion plans into the Modular Construction market place, our client, a leading UAE Construction Company is now looking to recruit a highly skilled Factory Manager to assist in spearheading their UAE manufacturing facility.In the region of 10,000m2 in size, the new facility will manufacture modular products aimed at the residential sector and the product will be transported by road /sea to clients across the globe, with initial areas such as Europe and the Middle East being targeted.The success of the facility and its production deliverables will be based around the following processes:3D Design BIMSupply Chain ManagementERPManufacture Process/FlowQuality/Logistics/HSE REQUIREMENTS: Ideally already working within the Modular Construction sector you will have a minimum 10 to 15 years production/manufacturing exposure with at least circa 3 years spent in heading up a Facility of a similar size. You will be able to show a track record through your career of:Factory layout and planningMaterial Management/JIT deliveriesCapital Plant Procurement / and works application Defining the Manufacturing Process and production efficiencyDevelop the procedures for QA/QC, HSE, Logistics , ERPFactory Personnel Management in terms of recruitment/allocation /development/welfare
