Employment: Full Time The Night Manager assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects, including operations, planning, budgeting and training.He will representing the management during the night.Conduct briefing to Front Office team during the night, including issues, promotions and VIP arrivals.Greet guests and ensures guests satisfaction upon check in, during the stay and check outs.Deal with complaints, disturbances and any issues that will arise.He will be working closely to Housekeeping Department.Other tasks to be assigned by Front Office Manager.
