Quest is working with a large and successful company in the Middle East seeking for a Managing Director to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for someone innovative, with very strong leadership and strategic planning skills.As a Managing Director, you will:- Plan, develop, and execute strategic initiatives in support of the companys vision- Identify growth and revenue opportunities- Lead acquisition strategies- Monitor and measure marketing initiatives; ensure brand messaging is consistent in all channels- Ensure company compliance with all processes and standards- Manage sales, customer support, and operations team among others- Further enhance operational efficiencies- Cultivate company culture- Recruit, build, and manage staff- Collaborate with key internal and external partners REQUIREMENTS: - MBA, with at least 10 years relevant work experience in a similar role and capacity; very strong background in either Hospitality, F&B, or Industrial Kitchen- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrated experience in Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Quality Management among others- Very strong leadership skills, independent, and can work with tight deadlines- Thrives in a fast paced, multi project environmentIf you think you have the qualifications for this role, apply with your updated CV today.
