They are seeking to hire their first lawyer as a cost cutting measure, and are offering a long term track for progressionDescription* Involved in the structuring of funds - prospectuses, memorandums, launching SPVs, etc* Act as primary contact to liaise with regulators* Manage budgets for external counsel* Generalist corporate/commercial responsibilities* Work closely with the compliance teamJob OfferOn offer is top quality work and a high responsibility role as part of an incredibly stable and exciting company.
