Monitor customer warehouse inventory levels and submit comprehensive inventory reports each weekCollaborate with customers to create attractive sales floor displays and make sure that our product is prominently displayedAct as the liaison between customers and the company by addressing customer issues and solving customer problemsAssist customers in creating an organized warehouse that allows for easier product accessibilityStock sales floor shelves for the customers who request additional inventory management assistanceBENEFITSAS PER COMPANY POLICY REQUIREMENTS: Have experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in the FMCG environment. On required occasions demonstrate ability to use various selling strategies: to up sell and cross sell whilst utilising effective negotiation skills. You will have sound problem solving and decision making skills, clear and effective communication skills and a proven ability to work autonomously whilst contributing to a team outcome.
